Abstract: Sessile serrated lesions (SSLs) are a rare pre malignant lesion of colon usually noticed in individuals irrespective of gender. In the present case we report pathological findings of SSLs which was incidentally found following Appendectomy in an Adult male presenting with Acute Appendicitis.
